Delete Your Fix My Sticks Account
You can permanently delete your account from the app:
- Sign in to Fix My Sticks.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion removes your profile, login, provider listing (when applicable), saved payment profile, verification data, and messages. Completed booking and payment records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
If you have an active booking, dispute, payment authorization, or payout, resolve it first. If you cannot access the app, email support@fixmysticks.net from your account email address to request deletion assistance.
